Project pages, rates, examples and service descriptions are provided for general information. They may change over time and do not create a binding contract by themselves.

Quotes and paid work

Any paid work should be agreed in writing, including scope, price, payment schedule, deliverables and expected timescale. Unless agreed otherwise, project work may require upfront or staged payment.

Hosting, email and managed services

Hosting, email, websites, shops, dashboards and other managed services depend on server, domain, DNS, payment provider, software and network availability. I aim to keep services working, but no service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, legal rights to any supplied content, timely feedback, and any business-specific legal requirements that apply to their industry.

Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise, existing code, reusable tools, templates, methods and infrastructure remain mine. Client-specific final deliverables can be licensed or transferred as agreed in the project scope.

Payments

Late, failed or cancelled payments may delay or pause work or managed services. Third-party payment processors may have their own terms.

This site may link to external websites or services. I am not responsible for their content, security, policies or availability.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data, lost business or issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, registrars, payment processors, user devices or user changes.
